Fasting: Eat only 2 to 3 meals per day. No snacking in between. It’s best to fast in the evening after dinner for 16 to 20 hours. Every time you eat your insulin spikes up. Insulin has to be at zero before you burn fat.
Sleep: When you sleep, your not eating, so no insulin spikes and thus your burning fat not sugars.
Fat: Healthy fat. Fat lowers insulin. Remember that the absence of insulin helps you lose weight
